In CSN 6.5, if you run sosreport per Caringo Tech DataCore Support's instructions, it is possible that it will not finish- it will get stuck on step 7. To get it to complete, simply hit ctrl-c one time. The report will finish although it will show an error about fifo.log. The integrity of the output file should be fine, though.
