  1. Verify you have the correct version, which is Caringo Drive v6.3.0 or higher.

  2. Locate the logs:

    1. Click the Settings icon.

    2. Select View Logs.

    3. Click Reveal to see the log directory.

  3. Important: Enable DEBUG logging. (See the Logs Tab inĀ Managing Chassis and Drives.)

  4. Send Caringo DataCore Support with your logs for your from the Gateway(s), including any files that rolled over during your usage:

    • /var/log/caringo/cloudgateway_audit.log

    • /var/log/caringo/cloudgateway_server.log

  5. Disable DEBUG logging.
